Tough, durable, environmentally sound and free of carcinogens SDS-BIONIC Coatings have scored 39.11 in ASTM D-3363 Taber Abrasive tests, 70-75 on the Rockwell Scale and 7-7.5 on the Mohs scale. A diamond is 100 on the Rockwell Scale and 10 on the Mohs. This means the coatings have a high resistance to normal wear and tear. With less than 100g/L VOC it outperforms the most stringent air-quality controls in the US. SDS-BIONIC also measures as being carcinogen free as defined by California Prop 65.
